Tammi Lauder joined Fieldpoint Private in Greenwich, Connecticut as a Managing Director in 2017. Her approach is both personal and persistent. She and the team assess her clients’ requirements for income and capital accumulation, their risk and volatility guidelines, and design an asset allocation strategy to help meet them. She harnesses the array of Fieldpoint Private’s intellectual capital and resources, comprising third-party managers, mutual funds, and structured notes to implement portfolios, and makes tactical adjustments as warranted by changing market conditions. Clients trust her to understand their distinctive circumstances, develop creative strategies to help resolve them, and be available when they have questions.
Beginning her career as an assistant to a broker at Kidder Peabody, Ms. Lauder soon became an advisor, honing her skills during a time when there were few female financial services executives. She joined Smith Barney in 1993 and teamed up with Bill Christian in 1998 to form the LC Group. In 2002 they formed The Landmark Group, and in 2010 the team transitioned to J.P. Morgan Securities.
Ms. Lauder graduated from Skidmore College. She lives in Chappaqua, NY, with her husband, Scott, and children, Mack and Stephanie. In her free time, she enjoys golf, skiing and traveling. Tammi is active in local charities, contributing her time to Neighbors Link, a non-profit group that provides support to immigrants’ efforts to integrate into the community. She has also served as a Co-Chair of the Fur Ball Auction Committee for Pets Alive Westchester, a no-kill animal sanctuary tasked with rescuing and finding homes for animals.
