Mr. Castellow joined Fieldpoint Private in 2021 and currently serves as Director of RIA Experience & Advisor Banking Services. In 2022, he was named Director of Program Management to lead and optimize executional excellence at all levels of the firm. He brings over a decade of leadership in a range of customer experience, commercial enterprise and operational roles which culminated his growth mindset, problem-solving demeanor and strong end-to-end program management expertise.

Prior to Fieldpoint, he was the market FCM at Bank of America for the South Atlanta Team. Before that he worked his way up through a number of important positions at SunTrust Bank (now Truist Financial) from assistant branch manager to national wealth advisory support director where he led the Domestic Wealth, International Wealth, GenSpring UHNW, Fiduciary and Strategy teams. In this role he developed and coached five senior leaders in strategy and execution of the private wealth management, service-oriented processes and policies.

Mr. Castellow holds a bachelor’s in marketing from Columbus State University and works in the Atlanta office.
