Ms. Jawad joined Fieldpoint Private in 2024, bringing a diverse set of competencies including banking and wealth management, as well as corporate relationship management.  Focusing on the bigger picture for clients, she helps ensure the growth and preservation of financial success, from wealth creation through generational transfer.  Her approach centers on deep discovery leading to tailored solutions, working with clients and their trusted advisors to understand the objective at hand, and the full range of considerations necessary to develop appropriate solutions.

She began her financial services career with Citigroup in New York, as a wealth manager advising clients on investment strategy, estate planning and insurance, as well as banking and lending. Ms. Jawad later joined HSBC, again in New York, as a premier relationship manager, developing a significant clientele of wealth expatriates.  More recently, she transitioned to a successful career in the airline industry, managing a corporate portfolio that included Fortune 500 such as Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Pfizer. 

Known for attention to detail and a talent for relationship-building, Ms. Jawad thrives on new experiences and challenges. Originally from Michigan, Zena earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and currently divides her time between New York and Baltimore, earning heavy mileage on the Acela train.
