Mr. Gong joined Fieldpoint Private in 2025, bringing more than ten years’ experience in the banking industry. He has built a dedicated career in financial services beginning as a bank teller and progressing to roles including preferred banker and assistant branch manager. His experience encompasses direct client service as well as operational efficiency and oversight, ensuring best practices at institutions such as TD Bank, First Republic Bank, and most recently, Peapack Private.

Mr. Gong is based in our New York City office and is a member of the private commercial banking team. He earned his B.B.A. in finance and investments from CUNY Baruch College.
