Mr. Bagatelle joined Fieldpoint bringing nearly 40 years’ experience leading, developing, growing and transforming financial services companies. From a start at KPMG then M&T Bank, he advanced to Republic National Bank where he oversaw their 82-branch network and served as President and CEO of Republic Financial Services, the bank’s retail broker-dealer subsidiary.

He went on to co-found Signature Bank and served as President, CEO and Board Member of Signature Securities Group, their wealth management arm. In 2007, he founded and led Herald National Bank, achieving a record-setting capital raise for a start-up bank in New York state. He later served as Head of the New York Metro Market at Sterling National Bank where he was part of the executive team that increased shareholder value and dramatically improved profitability. His extensive management experience also includes roles at CIT Group, Esquire Bank and most recently, Credit Sesame.

Mr. Bagatelle has a B.A. from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He leads our banking teams across Fieldpoint’s New York City and Greenwich office locations and makes his home in New Jersey with his wife.
