Mr. Davis has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years. He is an experienced senior operations leader with a proven track record of delivering products to market at scale.

Prior to joining Fieldpoint Private, Mr. Davis served as the Merger Integration Manager at Truist Bank where he led a group of analysts who designed, developed, tested and implemented new solutions to provide insight on merger-related activities. At Truist, he also helped redesign cash balancing and accounting applications which resulted in significant annual savings for the company. Prior to Truist, he served in a number of roles at Capital One including Director of Direct Channels, where he led a team of over 200 people to develop new platforms and process enhancements. As Director of Product Management at Capital One, he created and brought to market numerous client-centric products that helped transform the bank from heavy brick-and-mortar services to a lean national bank.

Mr. Davis received his M.S. in biomedical engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University.
