Mr. Morello brings more than 30 years of commercial banking experience to Fieldpoint Private, with deep expertise in commercial lending, credit analysis and risk management. Throughout his career, he has advised clients on complex financing strategies, helping businesses execute long-term growth initiatives and achieve financial objectives.

Prior to joining Fieldpoint, Mr. Morells served as vice president at Wisdom Capital, where he led a team of lending officers and deposit managers across multiple levels. Before that, he was senior vice president, relationship manager at First Bank of Long Island, overseeing all aspects of the credit and deposit relationships for a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Morello held leadership positions including managing director, team leader at CIT; market president, New York City region at Republic Bank; and senior vice president, team leader at both Sterling National Bank and BHIUSA NY, and team leader relationship manager at Bank Leumi.

Mr. Morello earned a B.A. from the New York Institute of Technology and is based in our Greenwich, Connecticut location.
